Shipping policy
General Information
vipeasy® orders ship on Mondays through Fridays from multiple warehouses in the United States, using multiple shipping service providers. Most orders received by 1 PM EST during the business week will ship that same day, however if an order does not ship the same day, it will be prioritized to ship the following business day. If an order is received over the weekend, it will ship on Monday or in some cases Tuesday depending on the weekend volume.
Once your package leaves our warehouse, a tracking number will be sent to your email within 24 hours. If you did not submit an email, and only left a phone number during checkout, we will attempt to send you a tracking message via SMS. If you do not receive any tracking message within 2 business days of placing your order, please click on our live chat and provide your email address.
Please allow up to 4 business days for your package to arrive before reaching out to customer service.
The cost of shipping will be calculated at purchase, but domestic orders of $75 or more will be shipped free of charge within the contiguous United States.
United States Standard Shipping
We offer $5.95 standard ground service shipping to the contiguous United States and $9.95 standard shipping to Hawaii, Alaska and all other outlying US Territories. We offer free shipping on all orders over $75, but please allow up to an extra 7 business days for orders to arrive in Hawaii, Alaska and all other outlying US Territories. Most packages ship via USPS, but depending on your location we reserve the right to use other carriers.
We also offer expedited shipping services for an additional $5. Expedited shipping utilizes a 2-day express service, although we do not guarantee two day delivery.
International Shipping
vipeasy® does ship internationally where possible (see countries in the dropdown menu during checkout), although depending on the receiving country there are restrictions. Please read the information below carefully.
- Due to the changing complexity of international shipping, subscriptions are not available for international customers. Please select One-Time-Purchase when adding products to your cart.
- All prices are listed in US Dollars ($USD).
- Due to import restrictions, some items may not be available to ship internationally. If you receive an error during checkout this is likely the case.
- All international shipments are charged $9.95 shipping and can take 15 business days or more to deliver.
- On occasion, international shipments require a pickup at a local customs office.
- International shipments are subject to import duties and fees that have not been included in the order total. They may be requested by the carrier at the time of delivery on behalf of customs. vipeasy® is not responsible for these fees.
- International shipments are not eligible for our 90-Day Money-Back Guarantee.
